High-priced rentals include beachfront villas, harborside units and a few luxury hillside apartments built overlooking the bay. Bring money.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS:
The 'Indians'. Not a race of people or the baseball team but a geological feature of startlingly jagged rocks that break the surface of the sea near Peter Island. This unusual outcropping, rising from a depth of 50 feet, is a landmark for sailors to avoid (except as a terrific anchorage) and destination for snorkelers to explore.

Deadman Bay is accessible to the non-guest but only via public ferry or private boat.

QUALITY OF BEACH:
A beautiful sweeping curve of sand, palm lined, with excellent swimming in this shallow sandy bay.
